We are dedicated to serving our region by presenting live
entertainment by a community cast. Each ShowTime performance is an original
theme-styled production produced by founder, Louise Bailey Dickson, a Kingsport native, and co-directed with
Clark Parker, vocal director and musical arranger.
The motivation for creating ShowTime and continuing to present
ShowTime for 20+ years is that the show represents the best of Kingsport—volunteerism and community spirit. The community cast has continued to participate by sharing their talent and there is enthusiastic
support for fun, family entertainment from our audiences.
Several cast members have participated in every year
of ShowTime. These ShowTime participants include cast members John Gregory, Kathy Denton, Janet Cox, Patricia Skelton; theatrical
engineer, Sonee Hall; and, theatrical director and co-founder, Paula Cate.
